Pen-i is a weekly Dutch webcomic for Kitty Ocean/Kim Houtzager's home town. It only features events within the town or adventures from the artist. It is hosted on two places: DeviantArt (Archive) and www.pen.nl (New comics).

Unfortunately, for those who do not read Dutch and/or live within the same town as the artist, some comics can be confusing. However, since the comic is also on Deviantart, Kim can give a transcript!
