Pen-i is a weekly Dutch webcomic for Kitty Ocean/Kim Houtzager's home town. It only features events within the town or adventures from the artist.

Unfortunately, for those who do not read Dutch and/or live within the same town as the artist, some comics can be confusing. There's usually a new comic every saturday, but it can be sooner or later.

This comic also features a lot of turtles ^_^
