Tiamat is the last dragon of Serenay Moon. Her mate died, one of her eggs never hatched and her son, Saigo Ryuko, died as well. However, due to a shard of the Heart of the Universe, Tiamat got the power to transform and Saigo Ryuko gained life again (since he died mere moments before the shard hit him). Saigo Ryuko was turned into a cat and Tiamat into a schoolgirl; though she can grow dragon wings at will and turn into a dragon.
Tiamat is the Guardian of Dreams and hides within her realm. She rarely comes out and she trained Liz with that same mystery. She once contacted Kitty Ocean, to encourage her to follow her dream, but asides that, she never showed herself to Zach or his friends.
She hardly works together with the other Guardians (like Liz has trouble working together with the other Soldiers) and can be quite solo. Now that Liz is gone, Tiamat no longer needs to train soldiers... does she?
