"Be careful." Moka stretched his hand out and helped Aure over the boulders. The fragile girl stepped over them, elegant as a deer.

"Thank you Moka." She thanked him with her angelic voice. How she looked at Moka- this couldn't be true! How she walked, how she looked... how she acted, it was too good to be true. This young girl couldn't be human.

In Moka's eyes, she seemed more like a goddess.

Once again he followed her, noticing he hardly could hear her footsteps. Wait a second, he couldn't hear her footsteps at all!

Observing the girl from top to bottom, Moka looked at her. She did touch the floor, but he couldn't hear her! 'It must be because her element is air.' He thought, 'Her powers are greater than I've ever seen! Maybe, she is so advanced, that she can be as silent as the wind!'

Suddenly a small breeze let Aure's hair dance. "Oh no..." She whispered silently, and Moka noticed her earrings. They had small gems in them, and a swirl of light seemed to go through it. How was that possible? But then he saw what she was seeing.

The darkness almost swallowed them; the ravine before them was deeper than anything they had ever seen. It looked like it was the mouth of a great beast, waiting till his lunch would jump in and plunge to his death.

"What do you think?" Moka asked her.

Aure looked around. "It seems we can't cross the ravine; there is only one way." She pointed down. "Down there..."

Moka kneeled at the edge. He looked down. "Are you certain?" He asked and Aure affirmed his question. "But how can we get down there? I mean, if we would have a rope maybe, but how deep is this?"

"Just leave it to me." Aure smiled and raised her hands. Her right hand went to her left elbow, tapping it, and her left hand then went to her right elbow, tapping it too. Then the palms of her hand were enwrapped in white light and Aura twirled around once.

Moka gasped; this dance of light was amazing! But then, it was more amazing as wings of light sprouted out of her back. Enchanted, he gasped at her, until he noticed a pair of wings had appeared from his back as well!!

Aure floated in the air, offering his her hand. "Come." She smiled, and both rose into the air. Then, they slowly went down, enlightening the area with their wings of light.

Moka looked around. The walls were smooth, as if they were polished. No way they would have been able to climb down, even if they wanted!

"I don't think nature created these walls..." Moka pondered. At that moment, the light aside him died out. "AURE!"

The fragile hand slipped from his own, and the young girl plunged down into the darkness. Hesitating no moment, Moka soared down, grabbing the hand of Aure. She seemed unconscious and Moka knew what had happened. It had happened before; when she used her powers to float them down in the basement. Now he held her, in his arms, and she felt as light as a feather.

Slowly, she opened her eyes, and looked at Moka. "What... what happened?" She asked with a soft voice.

Moka carefully landed on the ground, and his wings vanished. "You shouldn't ask so much from yourself." He softly whispered with a blushing face, and walked on.

"Okay, this should be it!" Courage appeared in the sky.

"Are you certain?" Ryu sighed. "You first said Zach would be at his parent's place, yet he was not. Then we went to Kitt's, and they weren't there as well. Then-"

"Oh, shut up!" Courage growled and walked at the door. "Hhm, did Mika tried to make ice cream again?"

Ryu came closer as well. "This can't be the place!" He said. "This place is a dump!"

"Has Zachyboy written all over it." Courage smiled and walked inside. "Hey, can dead people feel cold?"

Ryu looked up. "No, not as far as I know. Why?"

"Because I'm having Goosebumps..." Courage rubbed her arms. "I'm not sure what is with this place, but it feels bad, way bad!"

Back in the underworld, Hades was flipping some pages in a book. "Honey, are you all right?" Hades didn't look up when his wife walked at him. Her beauty was amazing; no wonder he had so much trouble taking her as his wife. Her pale skin, her slender and fragile body.... Soon she would have to go to the surface again... soon it would be spring again (to know what this is all about, I suggest you'd read the Greek myth about Persephone (daughter of Demeter) and Hades).

"Persephone..." Hades whispered and placed a hand on her. "I can feel things are going wrong... something is threatening the boarder of life and death. And yet... I can't seem to know what it is... It is so... so... silent."

Persephone leaned over her husband. "Don't worry, you'll find a way. Remember the days Cerberus was still a puppy? You couldn't find out why-"

"It's not the same!" Hades jumped up. He turned around, and saw his wife, shocked. "I... I'm sorry." He apologised and sat back on his chair. His fingers flipped some pages again. "I'm just afraid I will find out too late... and then... then... what the...? In the name of Zeus, how is this..." He jumped up again, gasping at this sight. "How could she have ordered THOSE?!"

"Look out behind you!" Derak yelled, and Faye jumped away.

"Hahaa!!" Faye bellowed, and Derak clearly saw her tomboyish nature. Yet, at the same time, she was a beautiful girl. The girl flipped back, avoiding the enormous raging bull. "Hit him Derak!" She ordered, and Derak obeyed.

"Rumbling Voice!" Derak yelled and smashed both fists at the ground.

The bull raised his voice while he fell at the ground. Twice the size of a normal bull, it made the entire cave shake. Pebbles fell from roof, blinding the bull, making it go into an unpredictable rage!

"Faye, get out of there!" Derak saw shocked the bull was heading her way. But, Faye simply stood there, with a smile on her face. She fanned some hair out of her face and grinned. Then she crouched a bit, and jumped into the sky!

Holding his breath, he saw Faye landed on the back of the bull with her hands, and then jumped behind him. "Hey bully, that was fun! Try again!" She yelled at him.

'She's taking too many risks!' Derak thought, 'As if she doesn't care she gets hurt!'

The bull turned around, trying to find the girl that humiliated him. Raging, he stormed as a locomotive at her, trying to hit her, but only to let her jump on him again. This time, she even stood on top of him, balancing and teasing him even more.

"Faye, get down from there!" Derak was worried. "You'll get hurt!"

"I can't get hurt!" Faye laughed and jumped off when the bull tried to shake her off by storming at a stalagmite. "Oh, wait a second..."

Faye suddenly just stood there. It seemed as if she had remembered something. Derak saw her getting into a sort of fighting stance again, yet something had changed. She suddenly looked more nervous, as if she was worried she would mess things up if she made a mistake.

"Oh god no..." Derak gasped and yes it happened...

The bull stormed forward, and Faye jumped. However, she seemed to have miscalculated things and she barely escaped the horns. Faye bashed against his head, and rolled over the massive body on the ground.

Moaning she lay on the ground while the bull turned around. The stomping of his hooves filled Derak with worries and he hesitated no longer. "This has taken too long!" He yelled and he made a rose appear. "Gaia's Rose!" He yelled and threw the rose in the ground.

Vines shot from the soil, showing a healthy bright green light, so anyone could see these vines were strong! They captured the bull; first his legs and finally his body and head. Yet, the punishment and attack were not over yet! Within seconds, the vines started gathering the bull's energy, letting it roar once more.

It fell on the ground, letting it shake once more, while Faye carefully crawled up again. "Hey, not bad." She smiled evilly and carefully stepped up.

"Green Leaf KICK!" Derak finished his attack and used the bull's own energy to defeat him. A final roar, and the beast was done...

But, Derak wasted no time, as he ran at Faye. "Are you okay?" He asked worried at the smaller girl.

"Hey, that was pretty cool!" Faye smiled and looked at the place where the bull had been. "You know, whatever this enemy wants, you can beat it easily!"

"Don't be so certain about it." Derak looked around. "As long as we don't know the enemy's goal, we can't be certain."

"Nah, I still think you are cool." Faye grinned. "And you said you were still single? I'd be fighting over you!" Then, as if she realised what she had said, Faye turned away with a blushing face. "Eh... I mean..." She said, and looked at her bracelet. The emerald gem in it, released a soft green glow, and she smiled evilly.

"Well, there has been no one who has been worthy of my love." Derak said and placed a hand on her shoulder.

"Do you have such high standards?" Faye asked quietly. "Is there really nobody in your life?"

For a second the image of a light blond girl went through Derak's head. But, just as easy how he remembered her, just as easy he suddenly forgot her. As if he had never seen her before... Like all those weeks on Umbra 6.... "No, there isn't anyone."

Faye smiled and turned around. Derak softly bend over and kissed her lips. Faye placed her hands around his neck and returned the kiss, only to push him away afterwards again. "My heart has been already broken once." She admitted. "How can I be sure... How can I be sure it won't happen again? Derak, this goes too fast."

"Too fast?" Derak wondered.

"We just know each other!" Faye exclaimed. "And yet... this feels... so good."

Derak touched her chin. "Because it is good."

"How can I be certain it will be everlasting this time?"

"Faye, I'd die for you."

A sparkle of joy suddenly went through Faye's eyes. She had trouble to hide a smile. Not from happiness, but from something else. And then she asked it. Just one tiny word: "Really?"
